We Love Each Other

Our Story

Our story started in 2009 when we were just a couple of teenagers accustoming to life away from family and friends. What started off as silly friendship with lame jokes and constantly irritating each other, evolved into something very special. It was only matter of time and we both knew what was coming at our way. We expressed our feelings for each other with yet another silly dare.

Not everything is as easy as it is in movies, you see. We had our share of the deal with 3 seemingly endless years of long-distance relationship. Of course, most of the time was spent on hour long phone calls, pictures taken as screenshots and getting better at Math with time calculation.

We finally started living in the same city after 1096 days and have planned so many things to make up for the time lost on LDR. When the family popped the question of marriage, they had a ready answer and here we are, looking forward to having you all for our wedding.

  • First We Meet

We met through a common friend in our University’s parking lot standing under the scorching sun. The first meeting couldn’t have been more boring as the guy was too busy playing on his phone and I just couldn’t wait to get back to my room. More meetings in the corridors, the canteen and the pathways after which we exchanged numbers and began texting each other (almost non-stop)

  • All through College

When life was mundane at college, it was our uncountable meetings, random phone calls and almost-everyday-meets kept us going. We grew from being friends to best friends to best of best friends very quickly. Our life there revolved around debating whose turn it was to pay for food and who must bunk class to spend more time

  • The Long Distance

With three never ending years of long-distance relationship, we learnt making every moment count. During his very brief visit, not doing anything together also felt so good and fulfilling.

  • Life in Boston

Deciding to move to the same city was the best decision we ever made. The moment of reunion was so exciting that mobile phones flying out of hand did not matter. Going out on dates, taking trips together and being couch potatoes for days together has summed up our life together in Boston.

  • The Proposal

The question of being together was popped in a very beautiful place outlooking the entire of Boston. On the top most floor of his most favorite building, which has become my favorite too now, the question with the obvious answer was asked and I said yes!
